Why do I have to confirm my email?

Email confirmation protects your workspace and sales data. After signing up, check your inbox for the confirmation link before signing in. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or request a new link from the sign-in page.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card required. Choose a paid plan to continue after your trial. If checkout ever includes a card-based trial, it will clearly show the exact amount, billing frequency, trial end date, first charge date and cancellation instructions before you confirm.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your business inside BinBoss. It holds your shows, buyers, orders, label settings, team members, and billing. Every piece of data is scoped to your workspace and never mixed with other sellers.

What does the Live console do?

The Live console is mission control during a show. As items sell, BinBoss captures the buyer, item, and price, routes the order to the right box, and can print the label instantly — so you stay focused on selling instead of paperwork.

What is buyer-to-box routing?

Every buyer is automatically assigned a numbered box. When they win an item, BinBoss tells you exactly which box it goes in and prints a matching label, so packing at the end of the show is just sealing boxes.

An optional color-coded picker in the Live console that shows each buyer's status at a glance — for example new, returning, or VIP buyers. Toggle it on or off in Settings under your workspace preferences.

BinBoss supports the popular thermal sizes including 4×6, 4×2, 3×2, and 2×1 inches, in both portrait and landscape orientation. Choose size and orientation together in Label Settings.

Can I change the label design?

Yes. Label Settings includes six templates — Sectional, Classic, Bold Band, Minimal, Photo Hero, and Receipt. Every template works at every size and orientation, with a live preview before you print. Tap the heart on a design to pin it to your favorites at the top of the grid.

Can I add my logo and a thank-you message to labels?

Yes. Upload your logo (up to 15MB — greyscale converts best on thermal printers) and enable the thank-you strip with a custom message in Label Settings. Both appear on the live preview and every printed label.

My printer isn't found. What can I do?

Browsers can't directly scan for USB/Bluetooth printers. Two options: use the built-in browser print dialog (zero install, works with any printer your computer already knows), or run the BinBoss Desktop Print Agent, which connects the dashboard to your OS printer service over a secure local connection for one-tap printing.

How do I send a test print?

From the Printers page, use Send test print. The test label honors all your current settings — size, orientation, template, logo, QR code, and thank-you message — so what you see is exactly what buyers get.

BinBoss shows the old and new plan, new price, effective date, any proration, AI limit changes, and features gained or lost. Your subscription is not changed until you explicitly confirm.
