Privacy Policy
What BinBoss collects, why we collect it, who processes it, and exactly how to export or permanently delete everything in your workspace.
1. Who we are
BinBoss is fulfillment software for live sellers. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what control you have over it. Questions: bossadvancedsolutions@gmail.com.
For the sales and buyer records you upload into your workspace, you are the data controller and BinBoss is your processor. For your own account and billing data, BinBoss is the controller.
2. Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, password hash (managed by our authentication provider), workspace name, role and team membership.
Workspace content you enter or import: buyer usernames and display names from marketplaces, sale records, item titles and prices, cost of goods, box assignments, packing slips, printed label history, item photos you capture or upload, and your uploaded logo and branding files.
Billing data: plan, billing cycle, subscription status, invoices and signed purchase-agreement records. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) and never reach BinBoss servers.
Support data: messages, ticket contents and any screenshots you send us.
Technical and analytics data: page paths visited on our public marketing pages, a rotating per-browser session identifier, timestamps, coarse referrer information, and error diagnostics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. Buyer information
BinBoss stores buyer marketplace usernames, display names and purchase lines so it can route buyers to boxes and print labels and packing slips. We do not sell buyer data, use it for advertising, or share it between workspaces.
Only members of your workspace, and BinBoss staff performing support or security work, can access your buyer records. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload buyer data from your marketplace.
4. How we use data
To operate the service: routing, printing, packing verification, reporting and syncing your desktop print agent.
To bill you, provide support, send transactional email (receipts, trial reminders, ticket updates, security notices), and keep an audit trail of important actions.
To detect and prevent fraud and trial abuse — including risk scoring of signups, payments and exports.
To measure aggregate traffic on our public marketing pages so we know which content is useful. Signed-in application activity is not tracked for marketing analytics.
5. Who we share it with
Database, authentication and file storage (Supabase); application hosting and edge functions (Cloudflare Workers); payment processing (Stripe); and transactional email delivery (Lovable's managed email service). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
We disclose data when legally required, or to protect the rights, safety and property of BinBoss, our customers or the public. We never sell personal data.
6. Storage, security and retention
Data is stored in managed, encrypted-at-rest databases and transmitted over TLS. Every record belongs to a workspace and is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one workspace cannot read another's data. Uploaded images are served through private buckets with short-lived signed URLs.
We keep workspace content for as long as your subscription is active, plus a short grace period after cancellation so you can export or reactivate. Billing records and signed agreements are retained as long as tax and contract law requires.
7. Your rights, export and data deletion
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Sales, buyer and P&L data can be exported to CSV from the app whenever you like.
To delete a single record, remove it in the app. To delete your entire workspace and all buyer, sale, photo, label and packing data: email bossadvancedsolutions@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data", or submit a request through the support form and choose the data-deletion topic.
We confirm deletion requests to the account email, then permanently delete the workspace and its content within 30 days. Encrypted backups age out on a rolling 35-day cycle. Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons (invoices, signed agreements, fraud logs) are retained and excluded from deletion.
Deleting your workspace ends your subscription; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid — see the refund and cancellation policy.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object, restrict processing, and complain to your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete and opt out of sale — we do not sell personal data.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary storage: your authentication session, workspace preferences, label and theme settings, and a per-browser session identifier used to deduplicate marketing page views and rate-limit abuse. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Children
BinBoss is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
We will post material changes here and notify workspace owners in the app. Contact us any time at bossadvancedsolutions@gmail.com or through the support page.
